1. Introduction & Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your allocation access and usage of the NexaVest diversified wealth infrastructure. By initiating an active capital pool balance or configuring an account profile, you express absolute legal consent to these provisions.

2. Eligible Client Mandates

Users must be at least 18 years of age or satisfy localized legal capacity minimums to lease institutional asset-allocation models. You represent that your funded capital is free from any operational encumbrances or regulatory freezing orders.

3. Capital Distribution & Yield Disclaimers

NexaVest automates allocation execution schedules across high-frequency forex venues and crypto liquidity models. Daily yield metrics indicate current operational performance capabilities and must never be interpreted as static, risk-free compounding mechanisms.

4. Prohibited System Interactions

Any attempts to compromise capital relays, reverse-engineer proprietary binary routing software, exploit timing parameters in pool settlements, or utilize multi-accounting structural loopholes for affiliate extraction will cause immediate termination of account access without a liability window.
